The WAVETECTOR is a robust, easy to deploy, and low cost 1-dimensional wave height measurement buoy that has a wide range of applications ranging from port and harbour monitoring and warning systems, storm wave monitoring, to real-time oceanographic wave data recorders.

A robust, easy to use 1-Dimensional wave/wash measurement buoy. This low-cost, lightweight system can easily be deployed by one person from a launch/tender or equally from a fixed platform such as a pier, jetty or river bank.
