Glass bottles and JarsLeak Detection: Pressure/vacuum Monitoring: Fill Level Monitoring: Sealing Surface Inspection: Label Inspection: Internal Inspection | ProductsTapTone 100 (TapTone)The TapTone 100 on-line inspection system incorporates various sensors for detecting defects in cans, bottles and jars. The TapTone 100 system has a simple design and is extremely cost effective. A single conveyor mount configuration houses both the control electronics and rejector assembly. The “all-in-one” design requires minimal line space and no floor space, which is especially important for crowded production lines. Download Documentation |

| | TapTone case System (TapTone)Case Systems
Case systems provide 100%, non-contact inspection of containers inside sealed cases. They offer an effective method for inspecting products either on-line or after incubation or warehoused products prior to shipment. This system is able to check up to 200 cases per minute. Case versions use multiple inspection heads to inspect every container in a case. If a reject is detected, the entire case can be removed from the line, or the location of the reject can be marked on top of the box by using an optional spray marker system and the case can be diverted for rework. Reject levels are set by the user.

| | Linear Control Vision EBI (Parma Controls) The Linear control Vision system is an empty containers inspection system for both glass and plastic bottles. The new concept of the Linear Control Vision system means that it can be installed on existing conveyors allowing for considerable cost savings. The different models available allow the system to perform multiple inspections, dependant on the requirement. The Linear Control Vision can be used with excellent results on both returnable and non-returnable bottles. The system is able to inspect the bottom of the container to detect opaque particles along with dark field evaluation to detect polarising plastic pollution. Neck finish is inspected to ensure there is no damage to the finish.
